Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested in writing to Erin.Brogan@massyouthlax.org 7 days prior to the clinic- a request must be submitted by 11/8/2025. Any requests received 11/9/2025 or later will not be granted. Refunds granted before this time will be minus a $5 credit card processing fee.
