ADDING PLAYERS TO A SELECT ROSTER (2026 in regular season only)

• To add a player (Girls or Boys) to a Select team roster during the season, complete this form: https://forms.gle/nFGjkcQXnVfdK9Ln8
• This form should be completed by the Select Team Coach that is adding the player to the roster.
• Only players on your town’s Classic Roster on or before April 3 are eligible to be added to a Select Roster during the season.  
• Players cannot be added to a roster in the playoffs.  Deadline to add a player: May 17, 2026
• The player you are adding must meet all Select Roster Eligibility Requirements.
• Once this form has been submitted, you may add this player to your roster. 
• If any discrepancies are found regarding this player's eligibility for a Select roster, the MYL Select Committee Chair will contact you.
